Lentech Names Mike Majarov Chief Innovation, IT Officer

Lentech has appointed Mike Majarov as chief innovation and information technology officer, a newly created role aimed at strengthening the company’s technology strategy and supporting its growth in the government contracting market.

Majarov will oversee enterprise architecture, infrastructure and emerging technology development, including agentic artificial intelligence capabilities tailored to mission needs, the company said.

The appointment reflects Lentech’s broader push to expand its presence in cloud, cybersecurity and digital modernization services as demand increases among federal customers.

“Mike’s appointment represents a pivotal step in our evolution,” Chief Executive Officer Rose Allen said, adding that he brings “technical depth, operational discipline, and forward-thinking vision” to support the company’s growth.

Majarov, a longtime Lentech executive, brings more than 30 years of experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation and technology leadership. He has spent more than 15 years with the company, most recently serving as vice president of IT solutions.

In his new role, Majarov is also expected to expand strategic partnerships and align internal technology investments with business priorities as the company continues positioning itself as a next-generation managed services provider.

Lentech provides space systems services and advanced technology solutions to federal defense, intelligence and civilian agencies.
