Joe Roushar is an enterprise business systems architect with experience in information and systems governance, architecting knowledge frameworks, and automating knowledge tasks. With graduate-level education in Natural Language Processing at Tokyo Institute of Technology and in artificial intelligence at the University of Minnesota, Roushar has spent the last few decades working in health insurance and financial services, manufacturing, retail, and government to improve outcomes through traditional architectures; hosted and XaaS strategies; advanced, model-based technologies; and content convergence.
