Now that the presidential election is concluded and the transition is beginning, talk has turned to how Barack Obama will change the face of the technology usage by the government, and by association, the USA.  President Elect Obama has gone on record stating that he intends to create a new postion in his adminstration, that of a Chief Technology Officer.
