Previously Mark was an Enterprise Architecture leader for Dell Inc. where he spearheaded the implementation of Dell’s Strategic IT plan. Mark will highlight key criteria considered while building and carrying out Dell’s strategic IT plan and will provide insight into best practices identified while consulting with Troux’s flagship customers.
